I used NorRoc about 1 ½ years ago to remove my underground oil storage tank. The experience itself was a little unnerving because I didn’t know what to expect when they pulled the tank out of the ground. NorRoc made th experience easy and reassuring. They outlined the procedure and told me what to expect at each step along the way.

Their work was clean and efficient… the crew was always punctual… everything went wonderfully well from start to finish.

As it turned out, I did have a leak in my tank and the project required remediation. NorRoc followed through with every detail and kept me informed on the procedure and the progress. Once they completed their work, all the soil samples that were sent out for inspection came back “clean” and the project was finalized. The quality of their work was outstanding and their communication with me was superb.

The thing that stands out most to me about NorRoc is their dedication to performing top-quality workmanship and sticking by their consumer long after the job is done. This included assisting me with a voluminous amount of paperwork that was necessary to apply for a grant to help cover the cost of the remediation. Whenever you are dealing with government paperwork, it can be a confusing and scary event. Noreen, the owner of the firm, provided expert guidance and support throughout this timeline. In fact, she is still keeping in touch regarding the grant because the grant program has run out of money for this year and my application will move into next year’s processing. Noreen’s knowledge of the grant program has been invaluable. She has always been there when I have had questions or needed advice.

In short, I would very highly recommend NorRoc Enterprises for any underground storage tank removal and/or remediation. The entire staff is extremely savvy, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to stand by a customer, To me, customer service is extremely important and NorRoc hit the top of the chart in this area.
